Yoga classes

The classes are a combination of dynamic postures, using various tools such as wallyoga, bricks, yoga wheels, etc... to improve your agility, vitality, flexibility, positioning and body awareness, improving the alignments of your body. And in this way connect with yourself. 1 hour class.

Barré Yoga Classes

Barré Yoga is a discipline that mixes the benefits of yoga with those of dance, and has the ballet bar as its central axis. Flexibility, toning, coordination, body positioning, all for complete benefit. 1 hour class.

Body Suspension Training (trx) 

A very effective method for full body functional toning using your body weight as resistance. No impacts. Ideal for strengthening abdominal muscles (Core), shoulders, arms, legs, back. 1 hour class. 

trx-Yoga class

Class mixing toning using body weight or trx, with the dynamism of yoga. Strength and flexibility in a single class. 1 hour or 1h30min class.

Makoto Body D-Fence

We live in an increasingly violent society, data shows, and stress between people and within oneself is increasing. For this reason, it is recommended to learn to train self-control, and through this, know how to control yourself in situations of violence or high stress. Makoto Body D-Fence help in this regard. BOX & FIT

Combination of boxing punching techniques and martial arts kicks to the bag with muscle and cardiovascular strengthening work. MEN FLEX

MEN FLEX are classes for men with the aim of making them more flexible.
